Democratic Systems Inc. (DSI) is a nonprofit organization that improves societal outcomes for marginalized groups through strategic, principled, collaborative action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our work leverages historical research, data (qualitative and quantitative), and intentional relationships to address the causes of structural inequity and improve societal outcomes.

          1. Increasing Transparency |  Grinnell College Community Partnership 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • The Performance Tool<\/span><\/em> provides citizens with a simple and centralized location for evaluating annually-released government data detailing the government’s performance in addressing different systemic issues over time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
